In addition to nearly 20 years of consulting experience (with assignments up to board level at some of the world's largest companies, government departments, local authorities and SME's) he has been IT Director of a £45m services group and General Manager of a food manufacturer providing £10m added value.

Paul is the Founder and Director of The Speaker's Friend. He has a background in accounting and finance but his true passion is comunication. Liz Baldwin
A Speech and Language Therapist by training, with extensive experience of training and conference speaking. Liz is an expert in facilitation and communication.
